Cancellation Policy

(For single sessions & all appointment/class/course types) Booking & Payments - All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. - A deposit may be due at the time of booking via the website. - Dynamic Visual Productions accepts online payments and in person. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before their session with no penalty. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. - Reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and a $25 rebooking fee. - If you do not show up for your scheduled session without notice, it will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Late Arrivals - Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled or shortened, depending on staff availability. - No refunds or make-up time will be given for lost time due to tardiness. Location Policy - You may use your own property or request us to scout a location. - If location scouting is requested, an additional $50–$100 fee may apply depending on distance and availability. - Permits (if required) are the responsibility of the client, but we can assist with the process.
